We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects, on all items we sell. This means that if any item, as long as it remains in your possession and ownership, becomes flawed due to a defect when it was manufactured, you can return it to us along with a copy of the original receipt, and we will have it repaired at our cost. Should the item be beyond repair, we will replace it with the same item if still in production, or a similar item if the original style is no longer available. Should we not be able to offer an exact replacement, the choice of a comparative item will be yours, up to the cost of the original item.

The lifetime warranty will only be honored if the item is returned to us with a copy of the original sales receipt, and the defect is due to manufacture.

If you need to return an item to us under the above warranty, please call us on 1-877 427 4847 for further instructions. Please note that the postage costs incurred returning the item to us are your responsibility. We would also suggest most strongly that you insure the package.
