| "Standard
shipping" ($7.95) orders within the U.S.A will be sent mostly
via FEDEX Ground or Home Delivery service. You will receive an e-mail
from FEDEX confirming that the shipment is in their hands, and a
link to track your package. In instances where FEDEX is not used
such as APO/FPA addresses, we will use USPS priority insured mail
with delivery confirmation. We will send you an e-mail giving you
the delivery confirmation number. This can be viewed on USPS.COM
and will initially show when the package was accepted by the post
office.
For Expedited/Express
orders - This is 1-2 business day delivery dependent on location
($20.00) we ship via FEDEX Express and on occasion USPS Express
mail. Please note that APO/FPO addresses cannot use expedited delivery
as we can only ship via the USPS (no other carriers permitted) and
express mail is not a permitted service so you will need to select
standard shipping and we use priority mail.
For International orders
($35.00) we will only ship via FEDEX International service as you
will be able to track the progress of the shipment and they are
able to check on things quickly should a delay occur. The Post office
is not able to assist or quickly check on any package once it leave
the US and this can leave you, our client and us the shipper in
an unacceptable position.
Please note
that we have no control over any government agency including customs
and that for any shipments outside of the U.S, the customer is responsible
for any and all customs charges and/or duties payable.
On occasions
we may call or e-mail a client to verify the information.
