The item being returned must be received by us, not later than 30 days from the date the package was sent to you. Later returns will not be accepted.

The item being returned, must be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition, along with all accessories etc that were supplied with it. In other words, exactly as it was received by you!

Please either call us on 877-427 4847 or e-mail us at Customerservice@touchofluxury.com and let us know that a return is being made.

If you receive the item damaged, please call us on 1-877 427 4847 (Please have your invoice available) for further assistance and instructions.

Custom orders, engraved orders, corporate orders and other special orders are not subject to return, unless it is a result of an error on the part of Touch of Luxury.

Once the item has been received, you will receive communication from us to let you know that things are in hand.
