WILL I PAY SALES TAX?
If you reside
in the State of New Jersey, we are legally bound to collect sales
tax.
WHAT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Mastercard,
Visa, American Express and Discover. You can use our secure online
method to pay, or if you wish, you can call and speak to a representative.
We also accept personal checks and money orders, but please note
that goods are not shipped until funds have been cleared. Checks
and money orders should be made payable to TOUCH OF LUXURY INC,

CAN I RETURN
THE ITEMS IF I WANT TO?
Yes, providing
the item is returned to us no later than 30 days from the date is
was shipped to you. Please see our return policy for further information

WHAT IF I
WANT SOMETHING AND IT ISN'T IN STOCK?
In the event
that an item you wish to purchase is out of stock, you will receive
an e-mail from us letting you know the time involved in getting
your item. Therefore you will have a choice of accepting or to select
something else. If you choose to wait, we will keep you informed
all the way, and of course notify you once the goods are received
and shipped to you.
HOW ARE THE GOODS SHIPPED?
"Standard
shipping" ($7.95) orders within the U.S.A will be sent mostly
via UPS/FEDEX Ground or Home Delivery service. You will receive
an e-mail from UPS/FEDEX confirming that the shipment is in their
hands, and a link to track your package. In instances where UPS/
FEDEX is not used, we will use USPS priority insured mail with delivery
confirmation. We will send you an e-mail giving you the delivery
confirmation number. This can be viewed on USPS.COM and will initially
show when the package was accepted by the post office.
For Expedited/Express
orders 1-2 business day delivery dependent on location ($20.00)
we ship via UPS/FEDEX Express and on occasion USPS Express mail.
For International orders
($20.00) we will only ship via the United States Postal Service.
We will ship either Registered insured airmail, or for higher value/larger
orders, we will ship airmail parcel post insured. Regular airmail,
Global Priority mail etc, do not offer insurance, and all of our
shipments are insured.
For any shipments outside
of the U.S, the customer is responsible for any and all customs
charges and/or duties payable.

Your information
is totally safe. You have provided it to us in order to purchase
from us. You are our client, not a commodity to be sold.
